What we collect. Only what you give us through forms, WhatsApp, email or reward claims: name, contact details, business information and your answers. Tools such as the Growth Score, calculator and checklists run in your browser; we do not receive those inputs unless you choose to send them to us.

How we use it. To respond to your request, prepare an audit or call, confirm a game reward and, with your consent, keep in touch about FODO services. We do not sell personal data.

Where it goes. If no form backend is configured, your submission is sent by you via WhatsApp or email. If a form service is configured, it is processed by that provider under its own terms. WhatsApp, Instagram and LinkedIn have their own privacy policies.

Retention and your rights. We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to respond and follow up, then delete or anonymise it. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing us. We aim to follow the general principles of India's Digital Personal Data Protection framework; this page is not legal advice.

Checklists. Checklist progress is saved in your browser only, with no personal data.

Chat voice mode. Voice mode starts only when you press the mic button in the chat, and your browser asks for microphone permission first. In the standard mode, your browser's own speech service turns speech into text (for example, Chrome uses Google's servers) and your device reads answers aloud; FODO does not record, receive or store audio. If FODO enables live AI voice, your voice is streamed to OpenAI to generate spoken replies under OpenAI's terms; FODO still does not store recordings or transcripts. You can mute or end voice mode at any time.

Cookie Policy

Essential storage is used to remember your cookie choice and (optionally) checklist progress. Optional analytics is loaded only after you accept it. You can change your choice anytime: Open cookie settings.
