Business X-Ray

See what's really happening inside your business.

Enter a website. FODO reads it, researches the market and real competitors, and shows what is wrong, what you are missing and what to do first — with the evidence behind every finding.

How the X-Ray works

01
  1. UnderstandReads your site and works out what you sell, to whom and where — from your own pages and structured data.
  2. CrawlYour pages — up to 500 on bigger plans: titles, headings, links, schema, forms, calls to action, prices, reviews, FAQs, contact details. robots.txt is respected.
  3. ResearchLive searches for your category and city, competitors that show up, public reviews and discussions, Google PageSpeed.
  4. Compare2 to 10 real competitors (by plan) read the same way, so the comparison is like-for-like.
  5. PrioritiseEvery issue becomes an opportunity scored by impact × confidence × urgency ÷ effort — then a 30-day plan.

Data first, AI last: every score is calculated from checks you can open, and every finding links to the page, search result or report it came from. Labels show how sure we are — OBSERVED (seen), INFERRED (derived by a rule), ESTIMATED (third-party estimate) or UNKNOWN. If a source is not available, the report says “Data unavailable” instead of guessing. Search results come from Google (via Serper), speed from Google PageSpeed Insights, maps from OpenStreetMap/Geoapify, and the written summary from an AI that may only use the evidence it is given.
