Yes. Every Pro tool (War Room, Website Health, AI Visibility, Offer Strength and others) has its own page and a price for one run. If you already ran a full Business X-Ray of the same website in the last 30 days that covers the tool, the tool opens straight from it. Plans whose X-Rays cover a tool already include it. Open →

One-month plans do not renew on their own. If you turned on auto-renew, you can stop it any time from your account page — it stops future charges and your plan stays active until the end of the period already paid. Open →

You can move up to a bigger plan at any time; the new plan starts fresh with its own X-Rays. A smaller plan can be bought after your current plan's period ends. Open →

If an X-Ray cannot run because the website cannot be read at all, the credit comes back automatically. If you were charged but did not get your plan or credits, or were charged twice, write to us within 7 days and that charge is refunded in full. If you have not used any X-Ray from a purchase, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of buying it. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days. Used X-Rays and partly used months are not refunded. A person at FODO approves every refund — the assistant cannot promise one. Open →

Payments are confirmed with Cashfree on our server, usually within a minute. Open your account page — it re-checks the last payment. If it still shows nothing after 10 minutes, or the money was taken twice, open a support ticket with the time of payment and we will fix or refund it. Open →

Payments go through Cashfree Payments (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets). FODO never sees your card or UPI details. The payment page needs a 10-digit Indian mobile number for the receipt. Open →

Every payment appears with its amount and date in your account under receipts. For a GST invoice with your company details, open a ticket with your GSTIN and billing name. Open →

It reads your public website, Google search results for your market, Google Maps listings, PageSpeed, your real competitors, public customer discussions and AI assistant answers — then scores your website, search, trust, conversion and competition, and lists what to fix first, each finding with its evidence. Usually 1–4 minutes. When “Run in the background” is shown on the form, you can close the tab — the report is saved in your account and emailed to you. Otherwise keep the tab open until it finishes. Open →

Some websites block automated readers. If almost nothing could be read, the X-Ray credit is returned automatically. If a site is only partly readable, the report says “Limited X-Ray” and uses Google Search and PageSpeed data instead. It scores your online presence — website, search, trust signals, conversion and competition — from 0 to 100. It is not a score of your sales, profit or how good your business is: FODO cannot see those. Every area score can be opened to see the checks behind it. Open →

Open the report: the share control at the top lets you allow anyone with the link (also for 7, 30 or 90 days) or only you. PDF, Excel, CSV and JSON downloads are on paid plans. Search Console numbers are never included in a shared link. Open →

Log in with Google or with a 6-digit code sent to your email. If the code doesn't arrive in 2 minutes, check spam or promotions, then ask for a new code. Codes expire after a few minutes. Open →

Team seats are part of the Agency plan: the plan owner adds team members' emails on the account page and they share the plan's X-Rays. Open →

Account → Search Console → Connect, then allow read-only access. Until Google finishes verifying FODO's app you may see “Google hasn't verified this app”: choose Advanced → Go to fodo.co.in. FODO only reads (never changes) your data, and it never appears in shared reports. You can disconnect any time. Open →

Add a competitor's (or your own) website on the account page. FODO checks its homepage and sitemap on a schedule and tells you only when something meaningful changes — prices, headline, new pages, content, downtime or a noindex tag — with why it matters and what to do.
